As a Window & Door Installer at Stillwater Building Center, you will be responsible for assigned vehicle and tools, safe transport of crew and products to and from job sites, as well as leading the onsite installation, or replacement, of windows and doors. You will follow and exceed our procedures to provide the utmost quality and service to all customers.
Responsibilities- Lead a crew of one or two other employees
- Safely load and transport products to and from job sites.
- Lead the onsite installation process for windows and doors in both new construction and existing homes.
- Train all helpers on the correct installation methods and safety on a job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers, as well as your supervisor and co-workers.
- Utilize in house software to read the schedule and track completed jobs.
The Window & Door Installer is an excellent position for those with experience to move into a leadership role.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED
- Clean driving record
- Willingness to work 40+ hours per week
- 2+ years experience with windows and/or doors
- Desire to learn and advance in a career
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
