Energy Job Shop is hiring for multiple Rig Based positions in Oklahoma, including Floor hands, Motor hands, Derrickhands, and Field Maintenance Technicians. These hands-on roles involve working in remote locations on a 14 days on/14 days off rotational schedule.
The positions require individuals to work 12.5-hour shifts that may extend to nights and weekends. Teamwork is essential as workers might be housed together in crew quarters. Training is provided, with opportunities for overtime available.
