About This Position

The Coordinator of Student Case Management belongs to Campus Life within the Division of Student Affairs at Oklahoma State University. The role consists of meeting with students of concern who face challenges such as mental health issues, medical needs, relational conflicts, trauma, addiction and recovery, social adjustments, and difficulties with transition to college. In a non‑clinical capacity, the coordinator develops and implements both short‑term and long‑term care plans, facilitates students’ access to university services, coaches students toward self‑care, self‑management, autonomy, and self‑advocacy, and contributes to a campus culture of care by collaborating with multiple departments.

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, higher education, or a related field (conferred on or before the start date).
• Minimum one year of full‑time experience in delivering case‑management services or in a directly related role.

• Knowledge and skills related to developmental, psychological, and medical issues affecting college students or adults.
• High degree of personal and professional integrity, respect for privacy and confidentiality, and a strong ethical foundation.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and coordinate numerous detailed programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated skill in analyzing complex situations.
• Proven ability to collaborate successfully with multiple departments.

• Three years of full‑time experience in case‑management services at an institution of higher education.
