Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated software features and modules, including hands‑on development, testing, and debugging.
- Collaborate with multi‑functional teams to define technical requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level developers.
- Contribute to the documentation of software solutions and processes.
- Apply agentic AI development concepts, including spec‑driven development and orchestrated workflow patterns.
- Utilize enterprise AI platforms and governance practices, managing model life‑cycle, monitoring, and policy considerations.
- Demonstrate initiative to stay current with AI technologies and apply new tools, techniques, or frameworks in development projects.
- Building AI‑driven solutions or agents using platforms such as Microsoft AI Foundry, Databricks Genie, Google Vertex AI, or similar.
- Experience with enterprise AI development environments and governance tools.
- Evidence of applying cutting‑edge AI tools and frameworks in real‑world projects.
- High school diploma, GED, vocational/technical or business school and a minimum of eight (8) years of software development experience.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages and frameworks.
- In‑depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and performance profiling.
- Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
- Experience in leading software projects.
- Proficiency in querying and crafting databases.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
