• Lead the design and implementation of sophisticated software features and modules, including hands‑on development, testing, and debugging.
• Collaborate with multi‑functional teams to define technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid‑level developers.
• Contribute to the documentation of software solutions and processes.
• Apply agentic AI development concepts, including spec‑driven development and orchestrated workflow patterns.
• Utilize enterprise AI platforms and governance practices, managing model life‑cycle, monitoring, and policy considerations.
• Demonstrate initiative to stay current with AI technologies and apply new tools, techniques, or frameworks in development projects.

• Building AI‑driven solutions or agents using platforms such as Microsoft AI Foundry, Databricks Genie, Google Vertex AI, or similar.
• Experience with enterprise AI development environments and governance tools.
• Evidence of applying cutting‑edge AI tools and frameworks in real‑world projects.

• High school diploma, GED, vocational/technical or business school and a minimum of eight (8) years of software development experience.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and frameworks.
• In‑depth knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and performance profiling.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Experience in leading software projects.
• Proficiency in querying and crafting databases.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
