We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Forklift Operator / Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced logistics team. In this dual role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—seamlessly switching between operating forklift trucks and handling essential manual warehouse duties. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to keeping a safe work environment, we want you on our team.

• Load & Unload: Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, shipping containers, and racking systems.
• Material Movement: Move raw materials and finished products efficiently throughout the warehouse to designated storage or shipping areas.
• Stacking & Staging: Organize and stack merchandise securely according to warehouse layout plans.
• Equipment Care: Perform daily pre-shift safety inspections on forklifts and report any maintenance issues immediately.

• Order Picking: Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders using picking lists or handheld RF scanners.
• Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and verifying incoming goods against delivery notes.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workstation and warehouse floor.

• Certification: Valid, accredited forklift license (e.g., Counterbalance, bendy is preferred).
• Experience: Experience operating forklift.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a tight-knit team.
• Excellent time-management skills to hit daily dispatch targets.
