Role: Truck Driver responsible for transporting refuse, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient routing.
Key Duties- Operate trucks safely, following traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety standards.
- Accurately document work orders and routing information.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding services.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps, adjusting for traffic conditions.
- Maintain truck cleanliness and report mechanical issues promptly.
- Valid CDL with a clean driving record.
- Experience in truck driving, especially with manual transmissions.
- Strong route navigation and driving techniques.
- Excellent time management and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Pass background check and drug screening.
