Job Title: Truck Driver for Septic Services

Role Overview: Responsible for transporting septic waste, pumping tanks, assisting with inspections, and digging to access septic systems. Ensures safe vehicle operation, plans routes, and maintains logs of work activities and expenses. Complies with DOT and company regulations, reports issues, and performs preventative maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Class A or B CDL with tanker endorsement
• No recent moving or driving violations
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and pulling
• Ability to adapt to unexpected situations and follow safety protocols
• Pass drug screening as per DOT requirements
• Positive attitude and coachable mindset

Key Responsibilities

• Transport waste to treatment facilities and unload
• Assist with septic tank pumping and inspections
• Dig in various terrains to access systems
• Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance
• Plan routes and meet schedules
• Document work activities and expenses
• Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies

Compensation & Benefits: $18-$24/hour with potential for advancement, including health insurance and employee discounts. Full-time, day shift, on-the-road position with optional weekends and commission-based pay.
