Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Stirling for a Site Installation Manager. The Site Installation Manager will oversee day‑to‑day installation activities, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to agreed quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating installation teams, liaising with clients and internal stakeholders, managing schedules, and resolving issues that arise on site. The role also involves monitoring compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and maintaining accurate project documentation.

The Site Installation Manager will support continuous improvement of installation processes and contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience managing site installation projects, including planning, coordination, and supervision of on‑site teams.
  • Strong knowledge of construction or fit‑out processes, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
  • Proficiency in basic project management tools and documentation, including scheduling, progress reporting, and risk management.
  • Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and safe working practices on construction or installation sites.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients, contractors, and internal colleagues.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems on site, make timely decisions, and maintain quality standards under deadlines.
  • Full UK driving license and flexibility to travel to project sites as required.
  • Relevant vocational qualification or certification in construction management, site supervision, or a related discipline is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a contracts or installations environment and familiarity with Scottish market practices is an advantage.
