Salary:
- £34,952 - £49,062 basic salary (subject to your level)
- + excellent bonus scheme
- £37,382 - £53,292 OTE
Working hours - you can chooseeither:
- 5 Day Week (42.5 hrs) with NO weekend working
- 4 Day Week (40 hrs) with NO weekend working

What you’ll be doing – depending on your level and experience:
- Carry out services, repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles
- Utilise diagnostic equipment to identify and address issues
- Diagnose faults across mechanical, electrical and EV systems
- Road test vehicles before and after repair work
- Communicate with customers to explain repair findings and recommendations
- Complete documentation accurately and efficiently
What qualifications and experience you'll need:
- NVQ Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
- Experience working in an independent garage or main franchised dealership
- Motivation to develop your skills
- Must hold a full UK driving licence
