Position: Office Clerk
Available
Shifts:
Monday-Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay: $ 20-21/ hr
Advantage Personnel is currently recruiting for an Office Clerk position. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a client with potential to be hired full time.
As an Office Clerk , you will be the first point of contact for our client. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Responsibilities- Answering phones, taking memos, and maintaining files.
- Sending and receiving correspondence.
- Greeting clients and customers.
- Answering customer inquiries.
- Planning events, scheduling appointments and preparing presentation material.
- Storing, organizing and managing files.
- Typing, editing, and proofreading documents.
- Efficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
