What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including handling mail, typing, and maintaining filing systems
  • Create and maintain patient records in the CRM, ensuring accuracy and regular updates
  • Act as a liaison between team members and manage inbound and outbound calls
  • Review and analyze documents for adverse events, reporting them as necessary
  • Assist with copayment requests and maintain various reports to ensure accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • High School Diploma or post‑secondary schooling preferred
  • 3‑5 years of experience in a similar administrative role
  • Technical vocational training or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is an asset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with Sales Force software or similar CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to learn new skills
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with attention to detail
