Reporting to the Health and Safety Supervisors the Health and Safety Administrator will perform a wide variety of Health and Safety activities and carry out responsibilities in functional areas including, but not limited to: document control, policies and procedures, incident investigation, training, operational risk management, contractor and supplier management, emergency preparedness and health and safety management systems.

• Provide the Health and Safety Department with administrative support through data entry, filing and scheduling.
• Data entry and maintenance of action tracker.
• Incident reporting data entry.
• Training documentation management and data entry.
• Maintaining efficient and systematic paper and electronic filing systems.
• Maintaining document control systems.
• Scheduling training and other Health and Safety activities.
• Requisition ing supplies and equipment.
• Tracking KPIs and entering data into reports.
• Other duties as may be required.

• Diploma or Certificate Program in Health and Safety or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Strong organization skills with ability to multitask and accomplish tasks, projects and goals efficiently.
• Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills.
• Professional attitude and well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and strong process management skills.
