As a Property Administrator, your primary focus will be on providing outstanding service to residents while overseeing essential administrative duties. You will handle inquiries from residents, manage office functions, and ensure compliance with lease terms. This role is crucial in maintaining Morguard's reputation as a preferred landlord and supporting the overall property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure superior cooperation and service to residents
• Coordinate office administration and manage records
• Address resident issues with urgency
• Help manage service requests and move procedures
• Draft notices and enforce proper lease terms
Requirements:
• Completion of High School or GED
• At least 1 year in a customer service-related position
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to remain focused during high-pressure situations
