This pivotal role includes managing purchase orders, assisting with inventory adjustments, and utilizing customer platforms for seamless order entry and shipment processing. You will also oversee essential paperwork for inbound and outbound shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage purchase orders and bulk product processing

• Assist with inventory adjustments and tracking

• Handle inbound and outbound shipment documentation

• Scan, upload, and organize departmental documents

• Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and correspondence

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least one year experience in operations or warehouse

• Strong organizational and clerical skills

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office preferred

• Ability to handle various clerical and operational tasks
