CICO is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to manage client appointments and scheduling in the transportation sector. This position is full time, Monday through Friday, with hours from 3:30 PM to midnight. With a strong potential for permanency, you will handle client inquiries, resolve appointment conflicts, and maintain the scheduling system effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Confirm and remind clients about their appointments
• Provide excellent service by answering inquiries
• Resolve appointment-related issues promptly
• Assist with various administrative scheduling tasks
• Track and report on appointment statistics as needed
Requirements:
• 6 months to 1 year of administrative experience
• Proficient in computer software
• Resourceful and capable of working autonomously
Shape client relationships and streamline operations as an essential part of the CICO team in Saint John’s.
