In this role, you will coordinate warranty claims for Steele Mazda while working closely with Service Advisors and Technicians to uphold Mazda's service standards. You will handle repair documentation, manage claim submissions, and streamline processes for customer inquiries. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and finalize P.D.I repair orders daily
• Ensure all warranty claims are accurately recorded
• Submit claims along with necessary authorization codes
• Follow up on claims over thirty days old
• Rectify and refile any rejected claims efficiently
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
• Automotive service experience is an asset
• Strong organization and detail-oriented skills
• Proficient in computer usage
• Effective communication for customer support
