Position: Service Administrator at Wajax

Elevate customer service excellence as a Service Administrator age service administration, billing, and field customer inquiries across various sectors in Canada.

Wajax is seeking a Service Administrator with at least two years of relevant experience in service administration or product support. In this role, you'll focus on truck, marine, and industrial service administration while prioritizing top-tier customer relations through various communication channels. You'll handle purchase orders, open or close work orders, and ensure timely scheduling of work for technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer service tasks for truck and marine departments

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, and in-person

• Issue and receive purchase orders for services

• Schedule work for technicians and manage work orders

• Enter timecards accurately and manage warranty claims

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in service administration

• Knowledge of heavy equipment or marine sectors

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment

• Basic understanding of business principles
