Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Associate Director's calendar and schedule meetings
• Screen and track correspondence for efficient communication
• Compose meeting minutes, documents, and reports
• Plan detailed travel itineraries and agendas
• Assist with event coordination and front desk duties
Requirements:
• 5-7 years of secretarial experience in a self-directed role
• Diploma in secretarial science or business administration
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Knowledge of university structures and CRM systems
