Position: Executive Support at Verlo Headquarters
Location: St. John's

Assist Verlo's CEO and COO in St. John's as an Executive Assistant, ensuring operational excellence and executive productivity. This full-time, in-person role focuses on strategic support and logistics.

As an integral part of Verlo, the Executive Assistant will facilitate effective functioning of our leadership team. From managing complex calendar schedules to following up on high-stake decisions, your role will ensure the smooth operation of the company as it rapidly grows. You will handle high-level communications and help create a dependable operating structure for our executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve scheduling conflicts independently

• Draft correspondence on behalf of executives

• Coordinate planning sessions and leadership meetings

• Ensure timely follow-ups on key action items

• Maintain accurate records of engagement with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum four years supporting executive teams

• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail

• Confident in managing sensitive information

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient with collaborative digital tools
