Your Opportunity Our St. Johns office is looking for a 4‑month Co‑op Student or Intern to join our Personal Debt Solutions team in January 2027.
Responsibilities Digitize and organize office files, including scanning, naming, and electronically filing documents to ensure accurate digital records.
Provide general administrative support to the PDS Tax COE and assist professional staff with document preparation and organizational tasks.
Proofread documents, including letters and internal materials, to identify and correct grammatical, typographical, and formatting errors.
Work independently and follow through on assigned tasks, projects, and deadlines with minimal supervision.
Support office operations, including back‑up reception coverage, mail handling, and assisting other administrative staff with ongoing tasks.
Perform back office administrative/banking tasks as required to support the efficient operation of the office.
Maintain the tax inbox and mail out tax returns as required.

Your experience and education You are currently working towards a degree/diploma, focused in administration
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organization and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Proven ability to be a self‑starter and work independently
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude within the office
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite is considered an asset
Prior customer service or administrative experience is also considered to be an asset
Compensation The expected range of compensation for this role is $34,000 - $56,000.
