As the Finance Administrative Clerk
, you’ll provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance team, helping ensure financial information, documentation, and day-to-day processes are accurate, organized, and completed in a timely manner.

You’ll support a variety of finance functions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense processing, financial records, reporting, and general departmental administration. You’ll also work with financial and organizational systems such as Sage Intacct, SAP Concur, and Visa Clarity to help maintain accurate and reliable information.

This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys organization, pays close attention to detail, handles confidential information with care, and is comfortable supporting a team with a variety of administrative and financial tasks.

What You’ll Do

Accounts Payable & Expense Support

  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) processes, including staff reimbursements, travel claims, invoice entry, filing, and organization.
  • Assist with corporate credit card reconciliation and expense processing through SAP Concur
    .
  • Help ensure supporting financial documentation is complete, accurate, and appropriately organized.

Accounts Receivable Support

  • Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
  • Prepare invoices as required.
  • Assist with tracking outstanding balances and maintaining organized records related to receivables.
  • Maintain and verify the accuracy of financial information within Sage Intacct, SAP Concur, Visa Clarity
    , and other organizational systems.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical Finance records.
  • Assist with filing and organizing employee and Finance-related documentation, including new hire and termination records.

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Assist with quarterly reporting by gathering, organizing, and compiling financial information.
  • Take meeting notes and prepare agendas or supporting materials when required.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Finance team.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Skills, Experience & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
