Job Title: Associate Product Manager – Data Projects

Location: Remote – USA

For Remote Roles: The role is remote; occasional in‑office events and travel to Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City will be required for onboarding, team events, and semi‑annual and annual team meetings.

Position Summary: As an Associate Product Manager at Point Click Care , you will join the Senior Care Advanced Insights Team to support data, analytics, and AI products that help care teams deliver exceptional care. You will work directly with Engineering and Product teams to deliver products with an outstanding user experience. Your responsibilities include maintaining a healthy backlog, partnering with Senior Product Managers for guidance, and applying a growth mindset to maximize value delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand company strategy and how it connects to product strategy and assigned scope.
  • Become the product expert for your assigned scope, including product functionality and how the product creates value for customers and users.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer to a scrum team inclusive of engineering and UX, partnering with engineering leads to manage ceremonies associated with product delivery.
  • Maintain a prioritized backlog and write user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to support engineering teams in delivering on product priorities.
  • Continuously assess ways to improve products and services.
  • Identify, communicate, and bring the right people together to manage risks timely and effectively.
  • Oversee the data‑to‑insight pipeline, including data ingestion, cataloguing, normalization, model training, and deployment.
  • Work with engineering, data, and AI platform teams to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Work with customers to ensure product‑market fit.
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a healthcare‑related field.
  • 1–3 years of product management or related experience, preferably in a health tech SaaS business.
  • Experience with SaaS, Big Data, AI/ML preferred.
  • Understanding of healthcare data (Quality Programs, Claims, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data structures, SQL, Python, BI tools (Power

    BI), React, Databricks.
  • Data‑driven: experience managing and delivering timely reports.
  • Curious, takes initiative, and receptive to new ideas.
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with various teams.
  • Adaptive to a dynamic and fast‑paced work style.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute a plan to achieve desired results.
  • Investigate, gather, and document detailed information regarding defects.
  • Experience contributing to and executing on a product roadmap.
  • Experience in a health tech SaaS B2B business preferred.
  • Experience in product life cycle, forecasting, launch planning.
  • Focus on delivery of product in alignment with strategy.
  • Proven ability to influence cross‑functional teams (without formal authority) and guide them to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong work experience in cross‑functional settings (Product, Engineering, Operations, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen and understand an audience and tailor communication accordingly.
Pay Range and Benefits

Base Salary: $87,900 – $97,700 per year + bonus + benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, skills, experience, and location.
