Your responsibilities will extend to arranging logistics, supporting trade shows, and providing stellar customer service. Maintain efficiency while adapting to the varied demands of sales operations in this essential role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Director of Sales Operations and the sales team
• Draft and track purchase orders for equipment
• Ensure accurate and timely equipment delivery
• Arrange logistics for trade shows and customer training
• Maintain precise records of all deliveries
Requirements:
• Previous sales coordination experience is advantageous
• High level of computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft tools
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Strong problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
