Location: St. John's
Support innovation and empowerment as a Program Coordinator for the Women Entrepreneurship Program at YMCA Newfoundland and Labrador. This full-time hybrid position involves planning and executing supportive initiatives for women in business.
Your role as Program Coordinator will revolve around coordinating activities, promoting mentorship, and establishing training programs for women entrepreneurs in the Avalon Region. You will work closely with community partners to ensure effective program delivery, addressing the unique challenges faced by women in entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement entrepreneurship initiatives for women
• Facilitate participant engagement and support
• Coordinate mentorship and networking opportunities
• Build strategic partnerships with stakeholders
• Advocate for inclusiveness and accessibility in all programs
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Business or related field
• At least two years of relevant Program Coordinator experience
• Familiarity with entrepreneurship resources
• Valid driver's license with vehicle access
• Background checks required for certain roles
