This role within LRQA's Responsible Sourcing team offers a thrilling career path focused on social compliance for some of the world's premier brands. You will utilize your auditing experience to assess supplier practices critically, ensuring alignment with environmental and social governance standards. Responsibilities will include engaging with clients and stakeholders to enhance working conditions at facilities globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and book travel for audits

• Conduct introductory meetings with facility management

• Evaluate practices through comprehensive facility walkthroughs

• Interview workers to confirm compliance with standards

• Draft detailed reports of assessment findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, HR, or related discipline

• Three years of social compliance auditing experience minimum

• Necessary APSCA registration and, ideally, CSCA status

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in English and French
