Lead a dynamic multi-account portfolio at Red Nucleus as the Portfolio Lead for Client Engagement, focusing on Medical Affairs initiatives. Manage $8–10M in annual revenue while driving exceptional client experiences.

As the Client Engagement leader, you will oversee a diverse client portfolio, emphasizing financial performance and delivery excellence. You will collaborate closely with the Portfolio Lead for Scientific Services to align strategies and effectively address client needs. This autonomous role requires keen insight into risk management, operational excellence, and fostering high-quality delivery across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-account portfolio for accountability and performance

• Establish consistent delivery practices across all accounts

• Collaborate with PMO and Scientific teams for alignment

• Drive organic growth through strategic account planning

• Maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Life Sciences

• Over 10 years in client services or medical communications

• Proven financial leadership skills and experience

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a matrixed environment

• Strong problem-solving abilities and judgment
