About the Role

As a Service Administrator, you will be at the heart of our service operations — ensuring customer orders are processed accurately, technicians are scheduled effectively, and service is delivered safely, efficiently, and on time.

You will coordinate resources, support customers, and ensure all work is documented and billed correctly, while contributing to continuous improvement across our service processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, process, and track customer service orders, including custom and special requests
  • Plan and coordinate technician schedules, parts, and service resources
  • Act as a key point of contact for customers, resolving questions and service issues professionally
  • Provide quotes for local customers using standard pricing and terms
  • Issue service certificates and update systems to support future servicing notifications
  • Monitor work progress and ensure accurate and timely billing
  • Work closely with Finance to resolve credit or billing matters quickly
  • Support stock monitoring and assist with inventory counts when required
  • Ensure all work follows Survitec policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Represent Survitec professionally and demonstrate strong product and service knowledge
  • Promote a safety‑first, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture

About You Essential Requirements
  • Education equivalent to A-Level or Further Education College
  • 1–3 years of experience working independently in a service, administration, or operations role
  • No formal management experience required
  • You are organized, reliable, customer‑focused, and eager to grow your career within a global organization.
