Position: Slickline Specialist Supervisor Role

Become a Slickline Supervisor with SLB in St. Johns, Newfoundland, driving service excellence and safety. Collaborate with a diverse team while focusing on efficiency and compliance.

As a Slickline Field Specialist, your primary focus will be maintaining high standards in service delivery through enhancing operational practices and building customer relations. You will ensure timely project completions while participating in ongoing improvement and safety programs.

Your role includes enforcing compliance across all operations and actively contributing to Service Quality Meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guarantee timely and precise deliverables

• Engage in risk analysis and continual service improvements

• Cultivate customer contacts to support business growth

• Implement standard compliance measures in workflows

• Lead participation in HSE initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum High School Diploma required; local candidates preferred

• At least 5 years' experience as a Slickline Supervisor

• Obtain governmental security clearances as required

• Eligibility to work in Canada without visa sponsorship

• Willing to work both in base and offshore environments
