Key elements of the job:- Manage day-to-day office administration such as facilities, vendor coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Handle HR functions included recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits enrollment, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian employment standards, CIRO/IIROC HR policies, and workplace safety regulations.
- Coordinate cross-regional HR with Hong Kong HQ such as scheduling interviews, contract drafting, performance reviews.
- Organize training sessions, team events, and maintain employee handbook.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
- 2-3 years experience in admin/HR within financial services.
- Proficiency in MS Office such as Excel and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of Ontario/BC employment laws, T4 slips, and EI/CPP remittances.
- Strong English proficiency, Mandarin or Cantonese is an advantage for regional coordination.
