Experienced Cash Operations Analyst

Advance your career as a Cash Operations Analyst with Viasat, focusing on cash transaction oversight and accounting reconciliations. This six-month temporary position calls for attention to detail and financial expertise.

As a Cash Operations Analyst at Viasat, your key responsibilities will include the allocation of cash payments and conducting thorough bank reconciliations using SAP. You will also handle month-end closes and assist with audit queries, working alongside the Global Credit Management team. This role allows you to strengthen your accounting and operational skills in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Allocate cash receipts using Blackline and manual journals

• Oversee AR and GL account monthly reconciliations

• Prepare supporting documentation for bank reconciliations

• Resolve outstanding cash queries accurately

• Manage audit-related tasks and provide requisite documentation

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in bank reconciliations and financial principles

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent English communication abilities

• Experience with SAP, Excel, and Blackline is a plus
