As the Manager, Fraud Operations, you will lead efforts in fraud detection, management, and mitigation. You'll handle team performance, implement key documentation, and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage team performance to achieve KPIs and SLAs
• Oversee fraud detection ICT operations and investigations
• Prepare daily and weekly operational reports
• Resolve client escalations efficiently
• Advise on fraud trends and solutions to leadership
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
• 3+ years in fraud operations or financial crime investigation
• Strong analytical and leadership skills
• Proficiency in data analytics and fraud detection tools
• Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder liaison
