Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst, OPL to join our growing team.
What you’ll do here:
Partner with regional Finance teams to ensure the accuracy of month-end and budget allocations.
Validate allocations, maintain a strong internal control environment, and keep complete documentation (processes, controls, supporting evidence).Support the implementation of new or revised accounting standards and serve as a key contact for internal and external auditors.
Maintain and enhance the Oracle EPCM cost allocation tool (including continuous process improvement).Ensure smooth and reliable data flow throughout the budgeting cycle between Finance, Actuarial, and stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, end users, and leadership.
Gather, structure, and document requirements (interviews, workshops), and translate them into clear, actionable recommendations.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and support alignment across business, technology, and support teams.
Plan and coordinate initiatives related to organizational changes (impacts, communications, adoption).Support Quality Assurance (QA): test preparation, planning, and execution.
