The MNP Family Office Services team is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals that works with clients to help them understand the evolution of their wealth and determine the right strategies to achieve their objectives.
As an Associate, you’ll be supporting various financial planning and analysis processes for high net worth and ultra-high net worth families, business owners, and professionals. MNP is proudly Canadian.

Responsibilities- Preparation of financial plans and other related analyses for high net worth (HNW) clients, along with corresponding reports and presentations with support of analysts.
- Working with professionals across service lines to communicate relevant information and deliver reports as required.
- Supporting process improvement initiatives and ensuring deliverables, templates, and processes are kept up to date.
- Hold CFP (Certified Financial Planner) credential.
- 3–5+ years of experience providing financial planning to business owner clients in a role involving one or more of the following: using financial planning software (e.g. Naviplan, Wealth Path, Conquest, or equivalent) to create financial plans that are expected to be presented to clients by you or other team members.
- Meeting with clients to deliver financial planning advice.
- Knowledge of financial products and services such as life insurance or mutual funds.
- Accounting-related work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Robust quantitative and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to work independently.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
