Position: PAL Airlines Flight Attendant Trainer
Location: St. John's

Elevate aviation standards with PAL Airlines as a Flight Attendant Training Coordinator in St. John's, NL. Lead training initiatives and certification processes to ensure top-notch in-flight experiences.

In this role, you will coordinate training for Flight Attendants, conduct in-flight inspections, and prepare updates to training programs. Your expertise will ensure that our cabin safety standards are upheld while you develop robust training manuals and materials. You will also monitor on-line courses and suggest improvements to enhance training processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and schedule in-flight inspections

• Train Flight Attendants as per training programs

• Prepare updates for training and in-flight service

• Maintain C-EFB documentation

• Monitor and improve training courses

Requirements:

• Minimum two years as a flight attendant

• Fluency in English;
French considered an asset

• Commitment to cabin safety audits

• Willingness to travel for training

• Experience in training development and implementation
