Position: Flight Attendant Training Specialist at PAL Airlines
Shape the future of in-flight services with PAL Airlines as a Flight Attendant Training Coordinator in St. John's, NL. Lead training initiatives to ensure exceptional passenger experiences.

In this pivotal role, you will conduct in-flight inspections and train Flight Attendants following approved guidelines. You will prepare training manuals and monitor courses, all while suggesting improvements for effective training solutions. Moreover, your on-line flight attendant experience will be key in maintaining service standards during audits and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and schedule necessary in-flight inspections

• Train Flight Attendants in compliance with training standards

• Update and develop training manuals and materials

• Ensure compliance of C-EFB documentation

• Monitor training courses to ensure completion

Requirements:

• Minimum two years as a flight attendant

• Fluent in English;
French language skills a plus

• Availability for travel to conduct training

• Experience in cabin safety audits

• Focus on training process enhancement
