This role involves managing a sales franchise focused on Eye Care Professionals, where you will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and implementing strategic marketing initiatives. You’ll train and coach team members while managing key relationships that matter. Your impact will be felt across territories as you create business plans and ensure the successful execution of strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales growth and meet established quotas

• Train and develop sales teams for optimal results

• Oversee implementation of marketing strategies

• Collaborate on business plans with PAMs and NAMs

• Conduct regional meetings and coordinate KOL activities

Requirements:

• 8+ years in a B2B selling environment in healthcare

• Prior experience in a leadership or coaching capacity

• Strong budget and account management skills

• Proficiency in English communication

• Willingness to travel within Canada and the US
