Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the creation and execution of Parts Sales strategies

• Oversee implementation of best practices in Aftersales operations

• Provide critical resources to dealer network for achieving targets

• Communicate strategic insights to executive leadership

• Build relationships with industry associations and regulatory bodies

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in automotive OEM environments

• Familiarity with lean, six sigma methodologies

• University degree in Business required, advanced education preferred

• Proven ability to manage service and parts in a global context

• Strong analytical, financial, and leadership skills
