Key Responsibilities:
• Provide mission-driven strategic leadership for SPANL
• Manage financial, operational, and human resource functions
• Develop partnerships with community and government stakeholders
• Act as the organization’s public spokesperson
• Support governance efforts with the Board of Directors
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Proven organizational leadership and financial management experience
• Strong background in fundraising and grant processes
• Expertise in team management and performance evaluation
• Experience with board governance is beneficial
