In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Live Haul Operations Manager. You'll monitor the humane catching of birds and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Strong leadership and a keen eye for detail will be essential as you work to maintain both animal welfare and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise catching and live haul operations

• Operate a forklift and assist with loading

• Maintain safety and cleanliness for birds and staff

• Monitor equipment usage and ensure compliance

• Cover operational needs during staff shortages

Requirements:

• Class 1 license with Air is a must

• Forklift training will be provided

• 2 years of experience in a leadership role

• Detail-oriented with strong focus

• Willingness to adapt to flexible shifts
