Become a vital part of the entrepreneurial ecosystem at Memorial University as a Program Manager on a 1-year contract. Lead a range of programs, including mentorship and entrepreneurial skills training.

The Program Manager will oversee the Management Centre of Excellence (MCE)'s initiatives aimed at fostering entrepreneurship among students. This role requires coordinating programs, developing stakeholder relationships, and offering program evaluations for continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with the Director to establish impactful educational experiences and manage program staff effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all MCE programs, including mentorship and training

• Develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders

• Implement program evaluation for continuous improvement

• Prepare reports on program performance metrics

• Supervise program staff and oversee competitions

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in program management

• Bachelor’s degree in business or entrepreneurship required

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects gracefully

• Entrepreneurially minded and motivated individual
