As a crucial leader, you will report to the Board while managing day-to-day operations and long-term strategies. Emphasizing connection and support, you will enhance services that promote community well-being. Your background in financial oversight and stakeholder engagement will be essential for success as you identify funding and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations and community services
• Oversee budgeting and fiscal responsibilities
• Develop relationships with various stakeholders
• Provide governance support to the Board
• Identify funding avenues for sustainability
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in a related field
• 5+ years leadership experience in similar contexts
• Proficient in financial management
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Previous experience with seniors preferred
