• Provide a top-notch guest experience

• Handle cash, reconcile cash and daily paperwork
• Manage financial controls, operations, people development, customer service, and compliance
• Maintain and order inventory and supplies
• Train and develop team members and shift managers for operational excellence
• Address in-store issues and communicate plans to the team
• Ensure staff follow health, safety, and security codes
