As our client base grows, we’re looking for a knowledgeable and relationship‑driven Account Manager to join our team.
As an Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of customers who rely on our communication solutions for daily operations. You’ll build strong relationships, understand each client’s operational challenges, and recommend the right mix of radios, infrastructure, accessories, and services to meet their needs. You’ll also collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure seamless deployment and long‑term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across industries such as public safety, construction, utilities, transportation, and manufacturing
- Responsible for finding new business opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all account‑related needs
- Understand client communication workflows and recommend appropriate two‑way radio systems, repeaters, dispatch solutions, and service plans
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, expansions, and value‑added services
- Work with engineering and service teams to support system design, installation, and troubleshooting
- Conduct site visits, coverage assessments, and product demonstrations
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and renewal agreements
- Track account performance, usage trends, and customer satisfaction
- Experience in account management, sales, or customer success — ideally in two‑way radio, wireless communications, telecom, or related technology fields
- Willing to travel across Newfoundland and Labrador regularly for client meetings, including overnights
- Strong understanding of RF communication concepts, radio systems, or willingness to learn quickly
- Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to translate technical features into operational benefits
- A proactive, customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities
- Familiarity with brands like Motorola, Kenwood, Icom, or similar is a plus
- Comfort working in a fast‑paced, field‑oriented environment
