Our client, a leader in hydraulic systems and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Technical Sales Manager to join their team.
Job Title: Technical Sales Manager
Location: Mount Pearl, NL
Pay Range: $85,000 - $92,000
What's the Job?
- Lead inside technical sales activities, focusing on specific accounts and expanding into new sales channels.
- Handle counter sales for hydraulic components such as pumps, motors, valves, hoses, and fittings.
- Provide clear and proactive communication to customers regarding all repair statuses, ensuring transparency and trust.
- Prepare accurate quotations for hydraulic repairs and support mobile and utility service calls.
- Coordinate with service teams to prioritize and manage incoming jobs, ensuring efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
What's Needed?
- Experience in hydraulic components, systems, or industrial service environments is preferred.
- Strong mechanical or technical aptitude with the ability to understand hydraulic schematics and repair processes.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with ERP systems such as Syspro is an asset.
