Location: Lower Mainland, BC & Vancouver Island, BC (Multiple Positions)
Job Type: Full Time
Salary Range: Base salary with sales commission and vehicle allowance. Total compensation anticipated $75,000.00 to $ per year, varying with performance across Prairie Coast’s BC and Alberta locations, influenced by skills, experience, training, and work location.

- Conduct field visits, equipment demonstrations, and needs assessments for existing clients.
- Develop new leads and follow up on opportunities in the Construction & Forestry (CCE), Golf and Government sectors.
- Capture detailed visit notes in Salesforce and coordinate delivery and service logistics with Parts, Service, Finance and Logistics teams.
- Grow the compact construction equipment portfolio within Commercial and Government accounts.
- Drive aftermarket growth with a focus on parts within specific accounts.
- Deploy technology and utilize connected machines in specific accounts.
- Build internal relationships across Prairie Coast branches and support the Sales Manager with quoting and tender submissions.
- Sales experience
- Ability to work flexible hours and adjust schedule to job needs.
- Highly organized weekly task management, planning, prioritizing, and efficient time management.
- Ability to build, maintain, and strengthen positive relationships with clients.
- Product and industry expertise with detailed knowledge of represented products and operating markets.
- Efficient in computer technology, capable of leveraging software and digital tools to enhance work.
- Ability to work effectively independently and in a team setting.
- Understanding of B2B operations.
- Must have or be able to obtain a white pickup truck no more than 5 years old; company will provide vehicle allowance.
