, a highly successful boutique staffing firm in southern Ontario is expanding the sales division. We are seeking an experienced, Business Development Executive to partner with us. This is an ideal opportunity for a proven sales professional with recruitment or staffing experience who thrives on autonomy, relationship-building, and closing new business. You’ll be responsible for generating new client leads and closing recruitment partnerships
, working closely with our internal recruitment team to deliver high-quality hiring solutions to Ontario employers.
- Compensation:
Independent Contractor or Salary - $85,000-$145,000
- Uncapped earning potential
- Competitive commission structure on all new client revenue
- Opportunity for ongoing residual commissions on retained clients
- Identify, prospect, and engage new client opportunities across Ontario
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Present KIT Recruitment’s services to prospective clients and close new business
- Build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted hiring partner
- Collaborate with KIT’s recruitment team to ensure smooth handoffs and delivery
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in recruitment sales, staffing sales, or B2B HR services
- Strong track record of new business development and closing deals
- Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-driven model (preferred)
- Established network or ability to prospect Ontario-based employers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
- Experience selling recruitment, staffing, or executive search services is strongly preferred
- Established, provincially licensed recruitment firm
- Strong delivery team to support client success
- Clear service offering and streamlined intake process
- Autonomy and flexibility without internal sales bureaucracy
- Strong Media presence over 55K Linked In followers
