Wajax seeks an Inside Sales Specialist with 2-3 years of sales support experience. You will create daily customer quotes and manage orders while maintaining a focus on excellent customer service. This role demands outstanding phone communication skills and the ability to recommend tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate timely customer quotes and process orders

• Increase sales through cross-selling and up-selling strategies

• Determine customer needs and recommend appropriate products

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, fax, or email

• Assist in after-hours sales on a call rotation basis

Requirements:

• Two to three years in a sales support role

• College diploma in a relevant field

• Knowledge of industrial products such as bearings and pumps

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Willingness to complete ongoing product training
