Steele Advantage Financing is looking for Special Finance Managers, where education comes first and sales come second.

As a Special Finance Manager, your role is more than closing deals. It is about opening doors. You will help customers understand their credit, take control of their budgets, and leave not just with a vehicle, but with real confidence in their financial journey.
What You Can Expect   A full-time Monday to Friday schedule
Expert coaching from Steele Auto Group’s dedicated sales training workshops
A supportive, purpose-driven team that celebrates impact as much as outcomes
What You Will Do   Be a trusted advisor, helping customers understand their credit situation and explore the best financing options for their needs
Build meaningful relationships with lenders and financial partners to support flexible solutions
Educate customers on programs, protections and next steps; not just for today, but for the road ahead
Support the sales team by sharing financial knowledge that enhances the customer journey
Handle documentation and deal processing with care, accuracy and compliance
Who You Are   A natural people person with a solid belief in customer-first service
Experience in commission sales or the automotive industry is an asset, especially in helping customers navigate challenging financial paths
Confident telephone skills, with the ability to build customer trust from the first call
Organized, detail-oriented and able to explain things clearly and patiently
Someone who sees the value in guiding people before selling to them
