Position: Neighbourhood Sales and Marketing Representatives- NL (St John's)

What OSL Direct offers   Competitive base pay, car allowance, and a lucrative uncapped commission structure, potentially totaling up to $90,000-$100,000 per year.
Paid car allowance; access to a vehicle is required for this role.

Your role involves   Driving and supporting the sale of Bell’s TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home residential product suite as a brand ambassador.
Engaging residential customers face-to-face through canvassing and cold calling.
Using a client-provided territory lead list to market Bell products and drive sales.
Identifying specific customer needs and tailoring solutions to fit their lifestyle.
Delivering a best-in-class customer experience as an ambassador of the Bell brand.
Participating in weekly team meetings to strategize, track goals, and report results.
Using the Salesforce CRM system to manage the lead funnel.
Conducting yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity.

Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing experience are assets.
Reliable access to a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Ability for frequent travel across the region as required.
Flexible full-time schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Compensation   Base pay plus uncapped commission.
Commission is paid on top of the base salary and is the primary income source.
Commission is paid per service unit activated.
Commission per unit increases as you hit specific sales targets bi-weekly.
