Overview The Appliance Sales Specialist focuses on assisting customers, assessing customer needs, and guiding decisions to build relationships. Provides high levels of customer service with expert product knowledge to close sales. A base salary plus commission is offered following a probationary period.
Responsibilities Maintain stock condition, showroom standards, and ensure a clean and safe shopping and work environment.
Assist with merchandising and store product setup.
Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Provide face-to-face assistance with specialized advice on all home appliance products, supporting products, warranty plans, pickup and delivery options, and payment and financing options, with a focus on closing the sale.
Work with a wide range of customers selling a wide range of appliance products.
Prepare estimates, close the sale, and follow up on deliveries.
Maintain and develop relationships with customers, addressing and resolving needs or complaints.
Qualifications Exceptional customer service skills with proven ability to close sales.
Sales experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Adherence to company policies and procedures.
Pass a standard background check.
